  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 12 mint leaves

Peel the ginger and grate the equivalent of a teaspoon. Then peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Also, cut the lemon into slices, but do not peel it: its skin is also rich in vitamins and contains multiple benefits. It is therefore important to clean the lemon well beforehand. Arrange all these ingredients in a jug containing two liters of water, then add the mint leaves. Keep it in the fridge overnight. You can consume this drink the next morning, the goal being to drink about two liters per day, for about two weeks.

Sassy water: an interesting drink, but not miraculous

If this drink is interesting, it is only effective on the waistline if it is combined with a varied and balanced diet. Sassy water is therefore not miraculous but has several benefits that promote weight loss. And for good reason: it is more attractive than plain water and encourages people to drink more often. Good news, when you know that appropriate hydration can limit bloating and water retention!

And that’s not all: the richness in antioxidants of this detox drink is also very useful to the body. They “do not lose fat but help fight against complications related to android obesity, that is to say in the stomach.
